Once You submit an order, you cannot cancel it. All orders are subject to acceptance by SJM Skin Aesthetics and at our discretion. Orders can only be made within Australia. For all international orders please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, we cannot always guarantee that we will have stock. You will be notified if the items you selected is/are out of stock.
Prices include GST but exclude delivery charges. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery will commence once payment has been processed and validated. Items will be shipped within 24 hours during business opening hours. SJM Skin Aesthetics is not responsible for any damage that may occur throughout delivery process. Damaged goods will need to be consulted with Australia Post on the purchasers behalf. Tracking is included; however, SJM Skin Aesthetics is not responsible for the loss of goods or theft once dispatched.
Upon checkout we require your name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card details and how you heard about us. Information is securely stored in our system as part of your personal file. This allows us to stay up to date with your skin purchases and any relevant information. Your personal information remains confidential and will not be shared with the public. You can review this information at anytime by request. Any changes to this information can be made by informing us of any changes.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your purchase please call 03 5916 1123 or email email@example.com so we can best assist you with your concern. Refunds are not applicable for change of minds. Refunds are only applicable in the instance of a true skin reaction approved by our Skin Therapist. We highly recommend taking photographs in the instance of a skin reaction.
