In order to secure your booking, we require your Credit Card details to be kept on your file.
No amount is charged to the card unless there is a last minute cancellation or a no-show to your appointment. In the instance of a last minute cancellation or reschedule (anytime after 24 hours of receiving your reminder text), a fee of $50 will be charged or $100 for treatments over 1.5 hours. We understand that unplanned issues or events can come up and you may need to change an appointment, so this fee will incur on the day but will then be redeemed off your rescheduled appointment.
An email reminder is sent out 7 days prior to your booking and a confirmation text is then sent out 2 days prior to allow more than enough notice if changes need to be made. If you know you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know in advance rather than waiting until your confirmation text so we can offer your time to someone on our waiting list.
Please note* In the instance of a NO-SHOW to your appointment, this fee is NON-redeemable. This fee must be paid before making any future appointments with us. Any changes to Monday appointments need to be made by 2pm Saturday to allow us enough time to contact those on our waitlist as we are closed on Sundays.
*ONLINE BOOKINGS* - In this instance of a last minute cancellation or no-show to your appointment that was made via an online booking, full payment will be forfeited.
*GIFT VOUCHERS* - In this instance of a last minute cancellation or no-show to your appointment whereby you are using a Gift Voucher, the amount will be deducted off the voucher and is unable to be redeemed.
In order to prevent a fee from occurring, please respond to your reminder text during business hours by 9am the following day upon receiving it.
Please Note: As we are closed on Sundays, all confirmation texts for Monday appointments must be replied to by 3pm Saturday at the latest to avoid the fee.
Please Note: Redemption must be used within 3 months of cancelled appointment.
* If our clinic booking policy is not suitable, we advise not going ahead with making a booking.
We love children however due to Occupational Health & Safety and limited space we advise not to bring them.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
If it is your first time having a skin treatment we request your arrival 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow completion of your consultation form.
WHAT IF I AM LATE
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment but will continue to incur the full treatment charge. This is only applied if there is a client booked in directly after you. It is a courtesy to all our clientele that all treatments are completed as scheduled.
Payments can be made via Cash, Eftpos or Zippay.
